Cooking Class at I.C.E.

For a Christmas present, I went to a fondant-making class at the Institute of Culinary Education, or ICE for short. We made fondant, leveled buttercream, and decorated our cakes. It was really fun, and bursting with creative energy. While all the other students were making beautiful cakes with swirling designs of royal icing, and delicate flowers or leaves, this is what I made:
